4x4 heats today, and i ran. we didn't qualify. it was fine when sheila and xuelin ran and when the baton got to me, i screwed everything up. 30(?)m lead when i received the baton, and it became 0m lead at the end of my round. great, what's wrong with me?! i can finish 3k, yet i can't even run 400m properly. and snow cried after that race. haiz. we hoped to qualify so badly, being able to contribute just 1 point.. at least 1 point will be such a glory.. .. ..

our own disappointment was offset by the boys' race in the afternoon. WE QUALIFIED after a tough race! yes =D feel so happy for them. hope they'll do even better on the final day!
