once upon a time, there was this mouse, who unfortunately was love very much deeply by this frog. this frog very dumbly tied its leg onto his own leg. initially, they were walking on the land, everything was normal. when they came to the pond, the frog brought the mouse into the water. he was then playing happily in the water, totally ignoring what is happening to the mouse. poor mouse was drowned in the water and soon she floated onto the water surface. an eagle flew by and saw the mouse, and dive towards the prey and caught it. the frog was thus brought up together with the mouse, and both become the eagle's food.

morale of the story: having too close a relationship with someone, if met with disaster, one will be pulled down into the water too. (bei la xia shui)
